Refund policy

We hope you love and enjoy your new Vivrie Jewels piece, we understand that issues may arise. Therefore, we have a 14-day exchange policy (no refunds available), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, otherwise all sales are final. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase and upload a picture of the item with your request.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
